Harrington PUBLIC NOTICE TO OUR CLIENTS
CORONAVIRUS – (COVID 19)
With the Coronavirus dominating the daily headlines Professionals Harrington is ensuring it will follow official public health advice and is putting in place measures to look after our clients, our team and the community.
In doing so our management team have agreed to take the following measures:
All open for inspections for both sales and rentals are now cancelled. Property viewings/inspections are to be conducted via private appointments and with the appropriate level of precaution.
We will be practicing greater levels of social distancing. This means staying 1.5m away from each other where practical, not shaking hands and avoiding unnecessary enclosed spaces.
Our entire team has been instructed that should they be feeling unwell or have any virus like symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has recently returned from overseas or that they suspect may have the virus that they are to remain at home and seek medical advice.
These are very challenging and unprecedented times however we want you to know that we are doing all we can to stop the spread of the virus and to look after our clients and our team. We will continue to monitor the situation and continue to work closely with our advisers enabling us to remain proactive and measured with the appropriate precaution.
Our offices will remain open and for the most part we will try to keep it “as business as usual” however all clients are urged to bear with us during this unprecedented time. We are doing our best to stay positive – with sales made this week the market is still active and we will continue to do our best to safely facilitate sales and lettings while at the same time protecting our team, our clients and the community.
