Right from the word go you could tell Mike Parsons was the right person to sell our property. Mike made us feel comfortable in our dealings together, he gave you confidence that he is on the top of his game. Not many of us sell a house every day so you need to ask questions and Mike had the right answers and advice to prepare us and prepare the house to go to market and marketing is what Mike does well. You never waited for a reply to an email to Mike, he makes you his priority and receive a reply immediately. The marketing of the house was excellent, the timing, the outreach meant we got everyone’s attention. A video production was created which highlighted the spectacular area via drone footage that zoomed in over our property ending in the front yard and along with Mike’s commentary it was second to none. The house went to auction and sold above our expectations, a fantastic result. Thank you Mike and your Team for all your hard work and dedication.
