Like most people these days we saw a prospective purchase on line. The phone call to Mike brought us into contact with Mike and his energy level. We made a time to meet and there he was on time, full of energy and a wealth of knowledge about the area and the benefits of living in Harrington . According to Mike the area boasts some 65 community clubs . We didn’t pursue that particular house but through his persistence we eventually found a great home for the next chapter in our lives. Very approachable and honest
It was wonderful to deal with an agent who treated us with honesty and integrity at all times.
Mike shows a quiet and sanity saving sense of humour (so important when we were stuck in rural Victoria under lock down and therefore totally unable to view the property in person)
He went out of his way to accommodate our friends who were our extra eyes and people on the ground to view the property in our place.
Extra photos weren’t a problem either and he clearly understands the art of negotiation for the best outcome for both buyer (us) and his clients, the vendors.
