This is our third experience using Joan as our agent. She is always available to us even if our inquiries
aren’t all that important, she will still take the time to answer our concerns. Both her, Mike and the team have been nothing but helpful at all stages of our sale and we would be only to happy to recommend them to anyone.
The sale of my property was very fluid any and all assistance was given to tidy up the sale and keep the settlement time to a minimum

I was selling my mother’s home remotely (from NZ). Joan kept me informed along the way, as to how the house was being viewed and prospective buyers. She understood our frustration with how long the process was taking (it is always longer when you are not there!).
