What I valued most was the after sales services, he linked us to the manager of the renting property. Because of his easy going personality we chose him to be the first contact when we wanted to remove the left-behind furniture in the house and he appeared to be more than happy to act on our behalf on supervising the furniture removals and that saved us 500 kilometers round trip drive from Sydney.
